Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call required
• Holiday coverage required: Thanksgiving OR Christmas/Christmas Eve (pending unit need) plus other recognized holidays as needed
• Patient ratio of 1:6 on a 54-bed unit
• Float within scope to meet facility needs between like units or sister facilities may be required
• 2+ years of Med Surg experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• IV start skills required
• Telemetry/management of cardiac drip experience preferred
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Parking is free in any unrestricted space
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June through November), all contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams
