Opportunity:
RN - Med Surg Tele
Job Details:
• Provide bedside patient care in a 32-bed medical/surgical/telemetry unit
• Maintain 1:5 patient ratio with nursing assistant support (1:6 during surgical staffing)
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Epic electronic medical record experience required
• Average daily census of 17-22 patients
• Additional support provided by lightly assigned Charge Nurse with 1:2 patient ratio
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients
