Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributing professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• 16 guaranteed hours per week (NBO)
• Overtime billable between 36-40 hours per week
• EMR system: EPIC
• 1+ years of Med Surg experience required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Mandatory Reporter certification required
• Heparin experience required
• Active BLS certification required (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted)
• Active Iowa or compact nursing license required
• Skills checklist specific to Med Surg discipline required
• 1 supervisory reference form completed within the last two years required
• Driver's license required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
