CT Technologist Job in Myrtle Beach, SC

Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in the Radiology unit. This role focuses on performing ED and inpatient CT exams across a high-volume department.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform routine CT exams including trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA
• Operate GE CT equipment independently, including GE 512, GE 128, and GE 32 slice scanners
• Process approximately 180 CT exams per day across 3 scanners
• Document exams using the Meditech system
• Provide compassionate care to all patients throughout their imaging experience

Staffing & Schedule

• Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM (3 x 12-hour shifts)
• Day shifts typically have 2 technologists per scanner; overnight shifts have 3 technologists total
• Assignment duration: 91 days
• Start date: November 23, 2026

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level 1 trauma setting
• ARRT Radiography certification required
• CT certification preferred
• Charcoal grey scrubs required
