RN - OR

Job Details:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Operating Room RN required
• Prior travel experience required
• Must be proficient in orthopedic cases including total joint cases
• Circulate cases including OB/GYN (including C-sections), orthopedic, general, urology, and ENT procedures
• Must be comfortable scrubbing and circulating cases
• Assist with turning rooms and cleaning as needed in small department setting
• Assist as a second RN in recovery period for callback cases in PACU (does not independently recover patients)
• Work in a 4 OR suite facility with additional rooms for minor procedures
• Collaborate with visiting physicians who hold clinics for ENT, orthopedics, and other specialties
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association)
• CPI or MOAB certification required; training available on site if not already certified
• Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
• Two professional references from within the past three years required, one must be from a supervisor
