Job Details:

• Day shift position working 4x10 hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• On-call requirements any day scheduled, averaging around 5 or fewer calls per 8 weeks
• Float requirements as needed by facility
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Work with various equipment including DaVinci Robot
• EMR system: EPIC
• Assist vascular surgeon in OR and Hybrid Imaging suite
• Work with a team of nurses and surgical techs for Endo and Open cases
• Provide direct patient care activities for all age groups including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments
• Perform duties consistent with established nursing practice guidelines
• 2 years of Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma experience required (teaching hospital experience will be considered)
• Scrub and OR Circulator experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Interventional Vascular experience required
• Must be competent in conscious sedation
• Current RN license required, eligible for or currently licensed in Missouri
• BLS certification from AHA only required
• Dress code: Black scrubs; jeans and unprofessional attire are not acceptable
