CT Technologist Job in Myrtle Beach, SC

You will work as a CT Technologist in the Radiology unit at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, performing ED and inpatient CT exams. This is a 91-day travel assignment running Saturday through Monday, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with three 12-hour shifts per week.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform routine CT exams including trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA studies
• Process an average of 180 CT exams per day across three scanners
• Operate GE CT equipment independently, including GE 512, GE 128, and GE 32 slice scanners
• Document exams using the Meditech system
• Work within a team of two technologists per scanner during day shifts and three technologists during overnight shifts
• Provide compassionate care to all patients

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Level 1 trauma setting
• ARRT Radiography certification required
• CT certification preferred
• Allied Health Professional degree
