Respiratory Therapist Job in Tucson, Arizona

Northwest Medical Center is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) for a 13-week travel assignment. You will work a day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM on a three 12-hour shift per week basis, with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

In this role, you will assist physicians with both invasive and non-invasive respiratory procedures. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining airways and performing ventilator management
• Delivering medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
• Performing intubations and blood gas collection
• Providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to inpatients and outpatients
• Following all medical staff protocols and department policies

You must hold current certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care and maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications. Minimum experience is required in ICU, general floors, and emergency department settings. You must also demonstrate NICU and pediatric experience sufficient to cover emergency department needs.

This assignment begins October 12, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona. Weekly pay is $1,576.80.
