CT Technologist Job in Columbia, SC

Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work the night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts weekly (6:30 PM to 7:00 AM) scheduled Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Compensation and Assignment Details

• Weekly pay: $2,418
• Assignment duration: 91 days
• Start date: November 2, 2026
• Shift: 3 x 12-hour nights

Role Responsibilities

You will perform CT imaging across multiple anatomical regions including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, and musculoskeletal trauma. Your responsibilities include contrast media preparation and administration, peripheral IV insertion, and PACS management. You will work with patients across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics and may float to other units or campuses based on census needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
• Cardiac, stroke, and trauma experience required
• Trauma Level I facility experience required
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications
• BLS certification
• SCRQSA/SCQRSA license
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Minimum 1 year experience with EPIC EMR
• Siemens CT equipment experience required
• Charting system proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with imaging systems including GE, Philips, and Toshiba

Interdisciplinary support is available including IV teams, respiratory services, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy. As an Allied Health Professional, you will be part of a collaborative clinical environment at a Trauma Level I facility.
