Emergency Department RN Job in Odessa, TX

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 30-minute mandatory lunch break
• Minimum 2 years of experience required along with prior travel experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, Stroke
• Navy scrubs required
• No local candidates accepted
• Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in planning safe delivery of care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Hold shift accountability for Emergency Department patient care
