Telemetry RN Job in Worcester, MA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 12-week telemetry position at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. This is a day shift role working 3×12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

About the Role

You will provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis, assessing patient needs, planning interventions, and implementing nursing care. You will supervise delegated clinical staff, monitor staff competency, and manage resources to support safe, high-quality patient care. You will contribute to unit-level accountability for nursing care standards and ensure appropriate care delivery across your shift.

Requirements

You must hold a current RN license and be located a minimum of 250 miles from Worcester to qualify as a traveling healthcare professional. Experience in telemetry nursing is expected.
