Respiratory Therapist Job in Cleveland, OH

MetroHealth Main Campus is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for evening shifts. You will deliver respiratory therapy services according to provider orders while working within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Position Details:

• Shift: 5x8 evenings
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: August 10, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,670

Required Credentials:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential—CRT credentials are not accepted
• Ohio RCP license required prior to start date
• BLS certification from American Heart Association

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider orders
• Operate Epic and Pyxis systems and network applications
• Communicate effectively via face-to-face, phone, email, and other methods
• Document and manage patient care activities

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently throughout the day
• May need to sit or stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion
• Finger dexterity required to operate office equipment

Work Environment:

• Exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and chemicals
• Fast-paced hospital setting
