Med Surg RN Job in Sioux City, IA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in Med Surg at UnityPoint - St. Luke's Regional Medical Center in Sioux City, IA. This is a 91-day travel assignment on a 3x12 night shift schedule, starting September 14, 2026. You will earn $2,304 weekly.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional and clinical knowledge to provide and manage patient care. You may be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Every third weekend is required, and there are no on-call responsibilities.

Key responsibilities and requirements:

• 2+ years of Med Surg and/or Oncology experience required
• High acuity care experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Administer drips including Heparin, PCA, and epidural; chemotherapy if certified
• Current BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
• NIHSS certification required; can be obtained during onboarding
• Iowa state nursing license required
• Valid driver's license required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility

The facility uses EPIC as the EMR system. You will work in a high-acuity care environment supporting patients on your assigned unit.
