Med Surg RN Job in Aurora, Colorado

HCA HealthONE Spalding Rehabilitation is seeking an RN for a 91-day travel assignment on their 42-bed rehabilitation unit in Aurora, Colorado. You will work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, three days per week, at a weekly pay rate of $1,680.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Perform wound care and patient transfers
• Draw blood and maintain IV access
• Collaborate with a team including a charge nurse, 3–5 RNs, and 2–4 PCTs per shift
• Document and manage patient care using the Meditech EMR system
• Float between two campuses as needed

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in rehab or med/surg nursing
• BLS certification required
• Prior experience with the rehab patient population preferred
• IV and blood draw skills preferred
