OR RN Job in Santa Fe, NM

CHRISTUS St Vincent Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Operating Room on a night shift schedule. You will work 5 nights per week, 10 hours per shift, from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a full-time position with an 91-day contract starting October 19, 2026.

Schedule & Expectations

• Work 4 days, 10-hour night schedule
• 1–2 weekend call shifts per 24-hour period required
• 1–2 on-call nights per week required
• Charge duties as needed while on call
• Floating to other departments as needed

Clinical Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial assessments; establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
• Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention
• Develop and implement individualized, measurable plans of care within established nursing standards
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of facts and evaluation of patient outcomes
• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served
• Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning
• Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs
• Perform various Point of Care testing procedures

Requirements

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS Certification from AHA
• ACLS Certification from AHA

Compensation

Weekly pay: $2,376
