RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Day shift position working 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with possible low census hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Call required
• Floating required
• Block schedule possible
• Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• 45-bed unit
• EMR system: MEDHOST
• Scrubs color: Dark Navy Blue
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Orthopedic experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from facility
