Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend requirements include Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday schedules
• Examine patients and develop individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
• Teach patients how to prevent or manage their conditions to achieve long-term health benefits
• Develop fitness and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles
• Float to acute care as needed
• Must have Rehab, SNU, and Acute Care experience
• Arizona state license required
• BLS certification required
• Cerner EMR experience required
