Job Details:

• Evaluate, plan, and provide occupational therapy treatment upon physician referral
• Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries to relieve pain and restore physical function
• Utilize therapeutic methods including exercise, massage, heat, cold, air, light, water, electricity, and sound
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare team regarding patient abilities and goals
• Apply thorough knowledge of therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices
• Demonstrate effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect
• Utilize basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, and sending email messages
• Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or university required
• Current valid Oregon state licensure required
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude required
