Job Details:

• Evaluate, select, perform, and/or direct assistance in educational, vocational, and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients
• Work based on physician referrals
• Collaborate with family members and health team members regarding patient abilities and goals
• Apply knowledge of occupational therapy as related to physical disability and rehabilitation procedures, general medicine, surgical, and mental health concepts
• Utilize a team approach by recognizing capabilities and limitations of other team members
• Demonstrate effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect
• Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university required
• Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure required
• Current valid Oregon driver's license required
• Current CPR certification required
• Must possess a positive attitude and utilize strong communication skills
