CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts on Mondays and 12-hour day shifts Wednesday-Thursday or Thursday-Friday
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• No call or standby requirements
• Acute care setting within the Radiology - CT Tech department
• Operate GE and Siemens Somatom scanners across 2 scanning rooms
• Perform common imaging studies including PAN, HEAD, and ABD scans with an average of 20 scans per day
• Trauma experience required
• Assist with X-ray Tech duties as needed
• Start IVs as required
• Utilize EPIC charting system and SYNAPSE PACS
• May work alongside Registered Radiology Assistants (RRAs) on occasion
• Department-specific orientation provided; must be in state for the full week of orientation
• Wear black scrubs as part of dress code requirements
• Must reside within 60-mile radius; valid driver's license required
• Agency must provide traveler's radiation badge
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT), Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
