Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Schedule is 4x10s Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation
• Acute care setting
• Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience required
• EPIC charting system experience is a plus
• Strong clinical experience required
• Required certification: BLS Certification
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or up to 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
