Pharmacist Job in Houston, TX

Join CHI St Lukes Health - Baylor St Lukes Medical Center as a Pharmacist in an acute care setting. This is a 70-week travel assignment beginning August 3, 2026, offering competitive compensation of $3,411 per week.

Position Details

• Shift: 5 days per week, 8-hour evenings (12:30 PM to 9:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM)
• Location: Houston, Texas
• Duration: 70 weeks

Your Responsibilities

• Perform second verification for hazardous medications
• Process TPN medications
• Verify product preparation for both non-hazardous and hazardous compounds
• Compound non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are completed and tracked in MedKeeper, including daily cleans

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• BLS Certification (required)
• EPIC charting system experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical experience in pharmacy operations
