Job Details:

• Overnight pharmacist position
• Process physician drug orders and evaluate them for appropriateness including safety and efficacy for each specific patient
• Evaluate drug orders based on drug type, dose and interval, indication, allergies, drug-drug or drug-food interactions, patient age, patient weight, and renal function
• Hospital pharmacy experience required to support level IV NICU operations
• Work independently to ensure accurate and safe medication dispensing for a high-acuity patient population
