Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule with call and/or holidays required; weekend-only position also available
• 6 call shifts required per 6-week period (can vary)
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• No block scheduling
• Circulate required; scrub preferred
• Will float within scope to meet facility needs across units as needed
• OR RNs must be well-rounded and current in most areas except CV and Transplant
• Core 6 (Mids, Nights, Weekends) must have experience in at least 3 of 4 areas: Neuro, Ortho, GEN, Plastic, GYN, ENT, GU, Trauma, and Robotics
• Unit serves patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Average daily census of 70-80 patients across 24 rooms
• Charting system: Cerner (preferred)
• Scrub color provided by facility
• Free parking available
• Special equipment: Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
• Minimum 3 years of experience required; Level I Trauma experience required (hard stop)
• Minimum 1 year of Level I Trauma experience accepted if screened appropriately
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS; PALS preferred
• Indiana state license must be in hand prior to submission; pending licenses not accepted
• Required skills include but are not limited to: General OR, Trauma, Craniotomy, Total Joint Replacement, Laparoscopic Assisted Cases, Colorectal Robotic Surgery, Gynecologic Robotic Surgery, Neurological Robotic Surgery, Orthopedic Robotic Surgery, Urologic Robotic Surgery, and additional procedures across GEN, Plastic, GYN, ENT, GU, Neuro, and Ortho specialties
