Operating Room RN Job in Greeley, CO

Position Details

• Schedule: 4 shifts of 10 hours each per week, days
• Weekly pay: $2,691
• Primary location: Banner North Colorado Medical Center, 1801 16th St, Greeley, CO
• Potential float assignments to Loveland and regional facility locations as needed
• On-call and weekend call required based on unit needs

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care according to organizational policies and professional standards
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data; report abnormal findings to physicians and caregivers
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on patient-specific needs and medical directives
• Coordinate, delegate, and supervise health care team activities to execute the plan of care
• Evaluate patient and family responses to interventions and teaching; revise care plans as needed
• Document all assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation activities accurately and timely in the patient record
• Participate in unit shared leadership initiatives and contribute to education, orientation, and mentoring of facility personnel

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience required
• Experience in the operating room specialty within the past 12 months
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification in your specialty preferred
