ED - Emergency Room

Opportunity:

RN - ED

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Emergency department unit with 32 beds
• Patient ratios depend on acuity assignment: 1:4 standard, 1:6 in Vertical Care space
• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, and 1 EMT/Medic
• Perform triage, assessment, conscious sedation, and splinting procedures
• Work with equipment including Zoll Lifepaks, GE monitors, Stryker stretchers, and Mobilab
• Document using Meditech EMR system (experience preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ED RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH, and ENPC
• Must demonstrate a flexible, professional, and team player attitude
