Telemetry RN Job in Worcester, MA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in the Telemetry unit at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA. You'll work three 12-hour day shifts per week, with hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Supervise delegated nursing staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Support facility nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, safe patient care
• Monitor clinical staff competency and manage resources effectively
