Med Surg RN Job in North Richland Hills, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Med Surg RN for an inpatient rehabilitation nursing position at Medical City North Hills in North Richland Hills, Texas. This is a travel assignment offering two open positions for qualified nursing professionals.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, managing a caseload of patients recovering from acute illness, surgery, or injury. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, medication administration, wound care, pain management, and coordination of discharge planning. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and social services to support patient recovery goals.

Compensation

Weekly pay: $1,651

Requirements

You must hold a current RN license and have experience in inpatient rehabilitation nursing. Familiarity with electronic health records, patient safety protocols, and the ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the care team are essential.
