Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Lewisville, TX

Medical City Lewisville is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab. This is a 91-day travel assignment running 4x10 days, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a weekly pay rate of $2,571.

About the Role

You will work on the 1st floor Cath/EP Lab as part of a team-based care model with a 1:1 patient ratio. Your responsibilities include performing and assisting with a range of cardiac procedures, including left heart catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), pacemaker and ICD implants, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), cardioversion, loop recorder placement, electrophysiology studies, EP ablations, and Amulet procedures.

You will operate specialized equipment including GE, Mac Lab, and Abbott Ensite X systems. The facility uses Mac Lab as its EMR system. You must have experienced scrub and monitoring skills—candidates without these skills will not be considered. EP scrub and EP monitor experience are preferred.

Schedule and Requirements

• Day shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a rotating off-day/week schedule
• Minimum of two rotating weekends per month required
• Rotating on-call required (minimum 3 team members, at least one RN)
• May float to assist in other areas where your skill set applies or to a sister facility within a reasonable radius

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• ACLS certification
• RCIS (Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist) certification
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification
