ICU RN Job in Cleveland, OH

Lake Tripoint Medical Center in Cleveland, OH is seeking an RN for a 90-day travel assignment in their Intensive Care Unit. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed ICU/Stepdown mixed unit
• Care for patients with respiratory insufficiency and failure, endocrine disorders, electrolyte imbalances, stroke, cardiac arrest, sepsis, renal disorders, and other critical conditions
• Float between ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg units as assigned
• Float to multiple medical center locations within the system as needed

Unit Details:

• ICU nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1–3
• Stepdown unit nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4–5
• General inpatient areas nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4–6

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 90 days
• Start date: July 13, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,059.20
• Shift: 3x12 nights

You will be expected to adapt to floating requirements across multiple inpatient areas and locations. This is a critical care position that demands strong assessment skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to manage acuity in a fast-paced environment.
