ICU Registered Nurse Job in Mount Pleasant, TX

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Titus Regional Medical Center in Mount Pleasant, TX. This is a full-time travel position running 91 days, beginning August 17, 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Please note that travelers may float to different units as needed

Your Role

You will provide high-acuity critical care to ICU patients, including those who are intubated, sedated, or requiring chest tube management and continuous monitoring. Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver routine and complex nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols; monitor for side effects and treatment effectiveness
• Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members, and caregivers
• Make appropriate care assignments and delegate to other providers as indicated

Requirements

• Current RN license in Texas or compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from American Heart Association
• One professional reference
• One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing preferred

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,150.
