PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Day shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends
• No night shift or on-call requirements
• Floating requirement - may float to acute care pending rehab census
• Work on a 4th floor Rehabilitation unit within the main hospital building
• Unit consists of 10 beds with approximately 10 therapy staff members
• Productivity expectation of 75%
• Utilize Meditech EMR system
• Work with inpatient rehabilitation and acute hospital setting equipment
• Perform initial evaluations, treatment progression, care planning, team conferences, discharge planning, and quality indicators
• Provide patient-centered, team collaborative care
• Inpatient rehab experience required
• Acute care experience preferred
• Post acute therapy services experience preferred
• Former HCA experience preferred
• Must demonstrate empathetic, goal-focused, and collaborative approach to patient care
