Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician

Job Details:

• Day shift position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 8-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week (excluding orientation week and holidays when unit is closed)
• On-call and weekend/holiday requirements as scheduled
• Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine specialty required
• Associate Degree or Certificate from an accredited Radiologic Technology/Nuclear Medicine program required
• Required certifications: NMTCB or ARRT certification, Kentucky State Certification, AHA BLS
• Must be able to operate Nuclear Medicine equipment and scan units to perform clinical diagnostic procedures
• Knowledge of Keyboard Patient Registration and Siemens Software required
• Charting experience using Epic required
• Provides radiologic care to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders
• Float requirements to be determined
