Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend requirement: 1 in 4 weekends, 12-hour shifts
• Call requirements: One overnight call shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM for Trauma call; if assigned to a specialty team, call will be scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; minimum 3 years of Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• CST certification required
• Specialize in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures in a Level One Trauma Center environment
• Must be competent in Robotics (DaVinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomies, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomies, Cystectomies, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopies, and Ureteroscopies
• Preferred experience in General, GU/GYN, Ortho Trauma, Ortho Joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, and Endovascular procedures
• Must be comfortable treating a patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Patient ratio of 1:1 in a 26-bed operating room unit
• Equipment used includes Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot
• EMR system: Epic
• Dress code: Teal scrubs issued by the facility
