Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Odessa, TX

Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient role. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 10, 2026, offering a competitive weekly pay of $2,822.40.

Schedule & Setting

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Outpatient-based with possible flex coverage to acute care
• Weekend and holiday coverage in acute care as needed

Clinical Responsibilities

• Daily patient census of 6 to 8 patients with approximately 8 visits per day
• Treat adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations
• Specialize in outpatient therapy and aquatics
• Clinical areas include acute care, orthopedics, gait training, aquatic therapy, total hip and knee replacement, post-op spinal and cervical surgery, post-stroke rehabilitation, and neurological conditions
• Provide manual therapy techniques and evidence-based care
• Utilize Cerner charting system

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist degree and licensure
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Current BLS certification
• Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred

Interdisciplinary Team

You will collaborate with the physical therapy team, interpretation services, and unit support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care. This position allows you to apply diverse clinical skills while gaining exposure to both outpatient and acute care environments.
