Physical Therapist Job in Granbury, TX

Join Avir at Granbury as a Physical Therapist on a 91-day temporary assignment. You'll work days, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per shift, with no on-call responsibilities or weekend requirements.

Your Role

You will evaluate and diagnose individuals with movement dysfunctions, pain, and limitations resulting from injury, illness, or disability. You'll develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and evidence-based techniques tailored to each patient's needs. Your focus will be restoring function, managing pain, and improving patients' overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify movement or functional limitations
• Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings

What We're Looking For

• Valid Physical Therapist degree
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Current Texas license or compact state license
