Opportunity:

RN - Cardiovascular Surgery

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Provide pediatric cardiovascular operating room nursing care
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios (estimated, never guaranteed)
• Work in 8 operating rooms with 25-person team
• Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital pediatric CVOR RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Cardiac/Open Heart surgery experience required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• CVOR/Cardiac experience preferred
• Ability to function in multiple service lines preferred
• Manage operating room, assist surgeons, monitor vital signs, and provide pre- and post-operative care
• Handle typical procedures including orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac
• Work with Belmont Rapid Fusion equipment
• Use Meditech/CPN EMR system
• Hours of operation 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with on-call team for night shift
• Strong teamwork, patient care experience, and communication skills essential
