Job Details:

• Multiple shifts available
• Full-time position
• Minimum two years of CVOR and EPIC charting experience required
• Perform cardiovascular (open-heart) cases with ability to support general OR as needed
• Practice independently in clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations
• Provide routine and complex nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols and monitor for side effects and treatment effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers as needed
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• Required certifications: BLS
• RN License in state of employment or compact required
