Job Details:

• Work in multiple settings including ICU, NICU, ER, and Floor Therapy
• Treat patients across all age groups: neonates, infants, adults, and geriatrics
• Handle 8-12 cases every 4 hours with productivity standard of approximately 15 minutes per count
• NICU experience preferred with NRP certification required if traveler has NICU experience
• Mechanical ventilation and critical care experience required
• Complete virtual interview required for all candidates
• Must provide full skills checklist combined with resume on one document
• Facility can downstaff travelers 36/48 hours in a 13-week contract based on weekly schedule
• Focus on adult critical care and ventilation management
• Common diagnoses include respiratory failure, COPD, asthma, post-op CAB, pneumonia, CHF, sleep apnea, ARDS, prematurity, and COVID-19
• Administer medications including LABA, LAMA, SABA, ICS, and surfactant
• Perform procedures such as inhaled medications, noninvasive ventilation, arterial puncture, inhaled nitric oxide, and heliox
• Work with equipment including Drager v500, vn500, Evita XL, Carina, Philips V60, and V30
