About the Role

You will work under the direction and supervision of licensed physical therapists to deliver patient care in a long-term care setting. Your responsibilities include:

• Provide therapeutic treatment through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other evidence-based interventions
• Work directly with patients to implement treatment plans and facilitate their rehabilitation goals
• Record patient progress and report treatment results to the supervising physical therapist
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the care team
