ICU RN Job in Sun City West, AZ

You will work as a registered nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Banner Del Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, Arizona. This is a 3x12 night shift position with an 89-day contract starting July 27, 2026. Your weekly pay is $2,446.20.

Your responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document comprehensive nursing care for ICU patients
• Complete full patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs, plus discharge planning
• Formulate care plans using assessment data and input from patients and families
• Deliver direct patient care, coordinate services, delegate tasks, and supervise licensed nurses and support staff
• Evaluate patient and family responses to care and teaching, adjusting plans as needed
• Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with facility policies
• Provide care based on physician orders and nursing standards
• Participate in education, orientation, and mentoring of staff and students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, physicians, patients, and families
• Float between BDWMC and BBWMC campuses as scheduled

Requirements:

• Current valid RN license in Arizona or compact licensure
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting
• Experience must include work in acute care within the past 12 months as an RN in your specialty area
• Maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the ICU work area

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Professional certification in your specialty area
