ICU RN Job in Tuba City, AZ

Tuba City Regional is seeking an RN for its Intensive Care Unit. You'll provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients of all ages in a 5-bed ICU setting, working any shift.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver inpatient nursing care to ICU patients and support their families
• Work independently to complete nursing assignments following physician orders, standards of care, and hospital policies
• Perform after-hours recovery care for post-operative general surgery, pediatric, and OB patients as needed
• Float periodically to the ED, Med/Surg, or Pediatrics during low census periods
• Execute a variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional judgment and knowledge of specific patient conditions and treatments

Requirements:

• Current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 3 years of prior ICU experience
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
• PALS (AHA), Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) must be completed within 6 months of hire
