ED RN Job in Roseburg, OR

CHI Mercy Health Mercy Medical Center in Roseburg, Oregon is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 5, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,341.

Shift Details

• 12-hour night shifts, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Every other weekend schedule
• No on-call or standby requirements
• No floating between departments

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform triage in designated triage rooms
• Manage a typical 4:1 patient ratio
• Manage emergency department holds intermixed within the ER
• Read telemetry strips with support from monitor technicians
• Conduct EKGs with support from RNs and Techs
• Perform blood draws alongside ED Techs
• Collaborate with 24/7 ED physician coverage with PA support 8–16 hours per day
• Work with 24/7 ED Charge RN, House Supervisor, and ED Techs

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• ACLS and BLS certification
• TNCC certification
• PALS or ENPC recommended but not required
• BSN not required

Additional Information

• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Scrub color requirement: any color other than purple
• Orientation provided before your first shift
