ICU RN Job in Indianapolis, IN

Franciscan Health Indianapolis is seeking an experienced RN for its 30-bed Adult Intensive Care Unit. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend commitment required (Friday/Saturday nights). There are no on-call requirements.

You will care for patients with sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, and psychiatric disorders. Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity. You will manage patients on mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring devices, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). Equipment you will use includes Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, Prismax, and EV 1000. Epic EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Comprehensive assessment skills
• Experience with septic and mechanically ventilated patients
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Preferred: CRRT and Epic EMR experience

Schedule and Hours:

• 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend commitment
• Float to other inpatient areas when home unit census is low

This assignment runs 91 days, beginning September 21, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,233.80.
