X-Ray Technician Job in Elyria, OH

You'll work as an X-Ray Technician at Elyria Medical Center, a role centered on delivering diagnostic imaging services across multiple patient populations and clinical settings.

Your Responsibilities:

• Capture diagnostic X-rays for outpatients, inpatients, and Emergency Department patients
• Perform portable imaging as needed throughout the facility
• Operate fluoroscopy and surgical imaging equipment
• Work with advanced digital diagnostic systems including Philips Diagnostic CS, Quantum QG-65, Philips Combi-Diagnostic RF, Shimadzu Radspeed, and Siemens Multix
• Use Carestream digital systems and Carestream and Philips DRX Revolution Portable units

Schedule and Duration:

This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 18, 2026. You'll work a rotating Monday-through-Friday evening schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with every other weekend shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Holidays may be included in your schedule.

Compensation:

You'll earn $2,282 per week for this assignment.

Required Credentials and Experience:

• Allied Health Professional degree
• ODH license (Ohio Department of Health)
• ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• BLS certification
• Prior radiography experience required

Orientation will be provided to help you acclimate to Elyria Medical Center's equipment, protocols, and workflow. This position offers you the opportunity to expand your clinical experience in a hospital environment while working with state-of-the-art imaging technology.
