PCU RN Job in Rock Hill, SC

You will provide direct clinical care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC. This is a 91-day travel assignment on the day shift, working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on each shift
• Supervise delegated nursing staff and support care coordination
• Work collaboratively with facility nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, safe patient care
• Monitor and ensure clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management
• Utilize the Cerner electronic health record system for patient charting
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements, wearing navy scrubs

You will function within an IMCU/PCU/Step-Down environment, caring for patients who require intermediate-level monitoring and support. This role is ideal for RNs seeking a structured day-shift schedule with predictable hours and direct patient care responsibilities in a stable healthcare setting.
