Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend shifts required
• On-call required: 1-2 nights per week and every 5th Friday and Saturday
• Scrub with and work under the direction of an Interventional Radiologist performing interventional radiology procedures
• Assist the Interventional Radiologist in all procedures with accuracy and professionalism
• Perform procedures including Uterine Fibroid Embolizations (UFE), Transarterial Chemoembolization (TACE), Y-90, Abdominal Embolization, TIPS, Venography, Portacath Placement, Epidural Injections, Lumbar Puncture, Myelograms, joint injections, abscess drain procedures, tube changes, Kyphoplasty, Cryoablations, and Bone Marrow Biopsies
• Responsible for charge entry and charge reconciliation
• Handle confidential information and work professionally with patients, families, physicians, and other departments
• Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work within a 3-room interventional radiology unit
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
• Travel experience required
• Recent EPIC experience preferred but not required
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, SCRQSA
• Pass/Fail testing required at orientation including Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test
• All requested time off must be included on initial submission
