Telemetry RN Job in Des Moines, IA

MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry resource pool position. You will work 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on a 3-days-per-week schedule, with every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required.

Compensation and Duration:

• Weekly pay: $2,259
• Assignment length: 91 days
• Start date: September 7, 2026

Role Responsibilities:

As a resource pool RN, you will float across multiple medical-surgical and specialty units to meet daily staffing needs. You must be prepared to work on the following units:

• Med-Surg Telemetry
• Med-Surg floors
• Orthopedic units
• Neurology Step Down
• Oncology
• Surgical Telemetry

You may also be assigned to West Lakes Campus, located 9.5 miles from downtown Des Moines, depending on facility needs.

What You Bring:

• Current RN license
• Experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing
• Flexibility to adapt to different patient populations and unit environments
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends and holidays
