Physical Therapist Job in Princeton, IL

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment at OSF Saint Clare Medical Center in Princeton, IL. This is a full-time role in an acute care setting where you will provide direct patient care and rehabilitation services.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 days)
• Assignment Length: 105 days
• Start Date: November 16, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,880

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy treatment in an acute care environment
• Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using the EPIC electronic health record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery goals
• Maintain accurate and timely charting records

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapy license
• BLS Certification required
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, particularly EPIC

Assignment Details:

You will work within a structured Monday-to-Friday schedule in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. This assignment offers the opportunity to expand your clinical experience while supporting patient care at OSF Saint Clare Medical Center. The facility uses EPIC for all charting, so familiarity with this system is beneficial.

Cancellation Policy: 12 hours per 13 weeks.
