Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Adult

Job Details:

• Night shift position on a 13-week contract
• Scheduled 36 hours per week following the first full week of orientation
• Must be flexible with various shift lengths and various days
• No guarantee of hours or shift preference
• Nurse to patient ratio of 1:6 for days and evenings, 1:8 for nights
• Medical unit with 77 beds
• Perform general medical unit duties including working with wound vacs and chest tubes
• Utilize Meditech EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing system
• 2-10 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• May be required to float to Laulima Unit and Cardiovascular Unit
• Professional nursing attire required
• Orientation time provided for each unit
• Must possess an active State of Hawaii nursing license by start of assignment
